Pilates - an ideal choice for post-natal exercise
Chester

Pilates can be started as soon as the all clear is given by your GP and can  help you to regain control over your body by gently working on the core muscles. This year's Pilates for beginners/mixed ability are held at the Hoole Methodist Church Hall, Hamilton Street, Chester (where the toy library is held). You just need water, a small towel (for support only...no sweating involved!) and something warm to put on during the cool down/relaxation at the end.

This half-term will be a course of 5 for £25.
